Crispy Air Fryer Potatoes

Description

Deliciously crispy air-fried russet potatoes seasoned with garlic and herbs.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 45 small size russet potatoes
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 360 degrees F.
  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes.
  3. Using a very sharp knife, slice the potatoes thinly leaving a half an inch base at the bottom.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. In a small bowl combine melted butter with the rest of the ingredients.
  6. Arrange the potatoes on the bottom of the air fryer basket and brush the tops with the butter mixture.
  7. Cook for 15-20 minutes or until tender.
  8. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve.

Notes

  • Ensure not to cut through the base of the potatoes for a better presentation.
  • You can adjust the seasoning according to your preference.
