Delicious puff pastry filled with a creamy blueberry mixture.

- 1 sheet ready-made puff pastry (thawed)
- 8 oz full-fat cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a floured surface, roll out the puff pastry to about 1/8-inch thick.
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in the fresh blueberries.
- Cut the rolled pastry into squares and place a spoonful of filling in the center.
- Fold over corners to seal and brush with egg wash.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For best results, serve while still warm.
- Can be made with other fruits as well.
