Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
- 2 cups uncooked penne pasta
- 1 can (10 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a large baking dish with nonstick spray.
- In the baking dish, combine shredded chicken, uncooked pasta, cream of mushroom soup, and frozen vegetables. Mix well.
- Pour 3 cups of water over the mixture and stir to combine.
- Season with salt, pepper, and optional herbs to taste.
- Cover with foil and bake for 40 minutes.
- Carefully remove foil, sprinkle cheese on top, and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
