- 4 each salmon fillets (5 oz each)
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (adjust for spice preference)
- 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together maple syrup, gochujang, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lime juice until well combined.
- Arrange the salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet and generously brush with the glaze.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and has a caramelized appearance.
- For extra flavor, brush on more glaze halfway through baking.
- Serve hot, drizzled with remaining glaze alongside steamed rice or roasted vegetables.
