Description

This flavorful gochujang glazed salmon is a perfect combination of sweet and savory, and it’s easy to make!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 each salmon fillets (5 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons gochujang (adjust for spice preference)
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together maple syrup, gochujang, soy sauce, minced garlic, and lime juice until well combined.
  3. Arrange the salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet and generously brush with the glaze.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and has a caramelized appearance.
  5. For extra flavor, brush on more glaze halfway through baking.
  6. Serve hot, drizzled with remaining glaze alongside steamed rice or roasted vegetables.

Notes
