Deliciously creamy ranch tortilla rolls perfect for parties or snacks.
Ingredients

- 16 ounces cream cheese (softened)
- 1 ounce ranch dressing mix
- 2 green onions (minced)
- 4 flour tortillas (12 inch – Can use colored ones)
- ¼ cup red bell pepper (diced small)
- ¼ cup green bell pepper (diced small)
- ½ cup celery (diced small)
- ¼ cup black olives (sliced and diced)
- ½ cup cheddar cheese (grated)
Instructions
- In a medium-size mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, ranch dressing mix, and green onions.
- Spread the mixture on each tortilla.
- Sprinkle red and green pepper, celery, black olives, and cheddar cheese over the cream cheese mixture.
- Roll up the tortillas, then wrap them tightly in aluminum foil or plastic wrap.
- Chill 2 hours or overnight.
- Cut off the ends of the rolls and discard. Slice the chilled rolls into 1 inch wide slices and serve.
Notes
- These rolls can be made ahead of time and are great for gatherings.
