Description

A deliciously creamy sauce combining mayonnaise and ketchup with a touch of seasoning.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp lemon juice (optional but recommended)
  • 1½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1½ tsp coarse kosher salt
  • 1 tsp coarsely ground fresh black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients into a bowl and whisk to combine.
  2. While you can use this right away, for best flavor, cover and store in the fridge for at least 6 hours, ideally overnight. The longer the better.

  • For a spicier kick, consider adding a dash of hot sauce.
