Description

A delicious whipped coffee made with espresso, sugar, and milk.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/4 cup espresso (or strong brewed coffee)
  • 1/4 cup sugar (I use white sugar)
  • 2 cups milk (I use almond or whole milk)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the hot coffee with sugar and mix well.
  2. Using a hand or stick mixer, beat the coffee until it begins to form soft peaks and you achieve a meringue-like texture.
  3. Pour your room temperature or chilled milk into two glasses.
  4. Carefully scoop out the whipped coffee topping into the two glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a stronger flavor, use strong brewed coffee instead of espresso.
  • You can adjust the sweetness by using more or less sugar as per your taste.
